PARIS PRESTIGE VAN is a company specializing in chauffeur-driven passenger transport and operates in compliance with current French regulations. It holds license No. EVTC 075210591. Services are provided by professional drivers who possess the necessary authorizations and are regularly inspected by the relevant authorities. The vehicles used meet legal requirements and undergo periodic inspections.

The rates quoted are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They correspond to the transportation service agreed upon at the time of booking and include the provision of the vehicle as well as the driver’s service. Certain specific requests or special services may be subject to separate pricing, which will be communicated to the customer prior to confirmation.

The type of vehicle provided depends on the number of passengers and the volume of luggage declared at the time of booking. The customer agrees to adhere to the specified capacities to ensure safety and the smooth operation of the transport.

One-way trips within Paris and its inner suburbs are billed based on the current rates provided by PARIS PRESTIGE VAN. When the service includes multiple trips or extended availability, a preliminary quote is provided, taking into account the specific requirements of the assignment. Additional charges may apply, particularly for tolls, parking, exceeding the allotted time or mileage, or due to specific conditions related to scheduling. These details are brought to the customer’s attention prior to confirmation and are not subject to any discount.

The customer remains responsible for the behavior of the passengers being transported. PARIS PRESTIGE VAN cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from failure to comply with applicable rules for the transportation of persons or safety instructions. Any fines, penalties, or property damage or bodily injury resulting from such breaches remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, as well as any failure by the customer to appear at the agreed-upon location and time, will result in full billing for the reserved service.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance by the sales department, payment for the service must be made prior to its performance. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. In the event of late payment, penalties will be applied in accordance with applicable legal provisions, at a rate equal to three times the statutory interest rate.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or enforcement falls under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris, or any other court chosen by PARIS PRESTIGE VAN.
